INDOOR/ OUTDOOR H.I.I.T BOOTCAMP 

High Intensity Interval Training in small groups achieving rapid results. 45 minute session of Pyramid training/ Bodyweight or Kettlebell HIIT, slam balls, bands and varied equipment to achieve fast results in a short space of time. Burn 600 to 900kcals

Low AEROBICS 

Suitable for beginners including 60 plus, returnees and also suitable for multi levels.

PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions are good for the individual seeking specific goals, weight loss, increase fitness or get stronger.

Rehabilitating or needing extra attention to correct posture or technique.

£28 for 45 minutes sessions 

£35 per hour in your own home , Outdoors or at our fitness hub

£40 per hour two people sharing


PERSONALISED DIET PROGRAMS

Brand new service where you will spend an hour being weighed, measured and a personalised diet program will be put together for the individual. You will also be given advice on supplements that are right for you.

YOGA for All levels

Standing,  seated postures, sun salutes, vinyasa flow and relaxation.  For flexibility, strength, to tone the muscles, tighten the core area. Create inner calm and de stress.

Both classes in groups/ privately or retreat days available.

Body Conditioning

Using kettlebells and resistance bands to tone Bums, legs, tums and upper body

Pilates 

These sessions consist of slow, controlled 

strength and flexibility work. Using the Pilates 

ABC system to achieve stronger, flatter stomach and back. 

Also improve posture and flexibility. 

FITT Cube HIIT

1 hour HIIT class using the FITT cube and heavy duty resistance bands
